Fantastic experience at this new location! I was familiar with Rag & Bone's clothing, but had never really made a deep dive into their apparel as far as menswear goes. I was just wandering around at the time, and chose to stop by. I'm incredibly glad I did. The staff went so far above and beyond. One of the first things that struck me was how extremely diverse their staff was. Karl, Adi, and Courtney were not only incredible to work with, but also having a really ethnically diverse staff made me feel far more comfortable shopping there instead of, for example, ALLSAINTS next door. Furthermore, although I arrived when it was quiet, the team did a great job making my time there feel super special. They took time to assess exactly what I'm looking for, and then craft different styles. It really felt more like having a trio of personal shoppers rather than sales associates. You can tell they all had stylistic differences, but working together gave me a massive range of what kinds of things I could achieve as far as streetwear vs. dressing a little more upscale vs. lounging around the house. For me personally this was helpful, since my style really depends on the day. Of note is that the store itself is bright and airy, with a loft-like industrial style. It was little spartan as far as what they actually show in terms of product offerings, but most additional sizing is available in the back. The iPhone charger in the changing room was a godsend, since I was there for a rather long time. The changing rooms didn't have doors, but the drapery provided was more than significant enough to fully cover the entrances. The staff also provided water while there, since it was a bit warm. The staff also did a great job of not necessarily trying to sell me on getting more items, but bringing things that were different yet within the same wheelhouse I described as far as needs go. I walked into the Houston Galleria to try my last bit of hope for a Rag & Bone butterfly tee that’s run out on my size on the website. Brent, the sales magician, kicked off a treasure hunt for me by looking up the store inventory. He called multiple stores from coast to coast and finally located the last one in my size. I wish every brand and every store had a sales magician like Brent Peddy who genuinely cares about the customers and dignifies the retail industry.

Without doubt some of the best retail customer service I’ve ever received. Their clothes are amazing, that’s a given, but the staff in the Houston Galleria location are beyond great. Jerome and his team run a top notch store. Will be back for sure. Can’t wait for the fall collection.

I’m usually so good at remembering names and it just slipped my mind today but the two ladies who were there yesterday February 7 during opening time were amazing! And the sweet lady who styled me knocked it out of the park. I just got home and tried the jeans on again thinking what if I made an impulse by. And somehow I love them even 10 times more. She helped me visualize them with different shoes different tops. I came in thinking I could only wear these jeans with a heel and she showed me so many other ways to style them. Love them so much totally worth the investment. I feel like 1 million bucks. Thanks!

Veronica Found me the most perfect pair of jeans today. I came in asking for boyfriend street style and she hit the nail on the head! This is my second pair of jeans from Rag’n’Bone and it’s official. I don’t think I can go anywhere else the way that these jeans fit is perfect and the customer service at this specific location has been 10 out of 10 both times. Thank you, Veronica! Obsessed with my new jeans.
